Important Travel Notes

A valid passport is NOT required for this package BUT HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. Your passport must be valid for 6 months past your date of arrival to your destination. For this trip, your passport must be valid until September 30, 2025.
Alternate ID - Driver’s license AND birth certificate with raised seal. Hospital Copies are not acceptable.
If children under 18 are traveling with your party but have a different last name, you MUST bring an official supporting document to help explain why the names are different. The supporting document must be the original or a notarized copy.
Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or improper IDs.
All prices are based on the rate of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. If the US dollar devalues, Go Travel with Global Girl reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.

Ship arrival and departure times are based on SHIPBOARD time and not local time. Please make arrangements to be onboard at least 1-2 hours BEFORE ship departure.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
Major credit or debit cards ONLY. No Cash, Checks, Money Orders, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, or other forms of payment are accepted. No Exceptions.
Down Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in many cases. Please see the vendor terms and conditions for this specific trip.
Additional Down Payment funds may be requested by the vendor to secure hotel, excursion, and activity guarantees. Such requirements are made by the vendor and out of the control of Go Travel with Global Girl.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME (First, Middle, Last) as it appears on your government-issued identification (passport/driver’s license/state ID).
Additional ID may be required for passengers 18 and under traveling with a parent with a different last name/non-custodial parent.
Full payment by the final due date is required to keep your reservation current.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments/full payment.
Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee, plus any vendor fees.
A Late Payment Fee of $250 per person, per day is required after the final due date. Late payment fees are payable to Go Travel with Global Girl and are automatically added to your reservations starting one (1) day after your final due date.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before amending the final payment deadline on your account.
